*What’s included. Does not include domain name or SSL.  If domain needs to be purchased, domain names can vary and price and will be determined upon first payment and first contact with client. if SSL needs to be purchased, that will be an additional cost.  If additional pages or requests need to be built, that could increase the monthly cost of the website as well.

*Next Steps. Upon purchasing, you should receive an email with next steps to provide OC Design and Consulting with information about your website/business.  Contact support@ocdesignandconsulting.com if you do not receive an email with 24 hours from your purchase.  Please include the full name, email address, order number and date purchased in your email.

*Domain Transfers. If you’ve already purchased a domain, some domain hosting providers require you to keep them as a hosting provider for 30-90 days.  This could delay the setup of your website with OC Design and Consulting as we would need to transfer your domain to our hosting platform in order to build your website. There are other options as well that can be discussed such as domain redirects that could expedite the build of your website if you are interested.

*Renewals. This is an annual contract and will be auto-renewed annually based upon the date purchased.  Example: if purchased on 3/25/2020, you can expect to be charged the second term on 3/25/2021 and thereon after.

*Cancellations.  Mid-term cancellations are not offered nor are refunds offered.  If you would like to prevent your renewal, you will need to submit an email to sales@ocdesignandconsulting.com 30 days before your contract end date along with the name on the account, the email used to register, the order number, etc.
