Most clients are so focused on their business sales, operations, employees, etc., they rarely have time to look at their internal systems and whether they are efficient or not. Sometimes, clients go YEARS without changing anything with their internal process because they fall into the black hole of “this is just how we do things” – even though they could be 70%-90% more productive > translating into > saving money $$$ > investing time on your employees and clients.

This particular client was using Zoho Creator for dispatching their workers in the field. An individual job could change hands 3-5 different times to different workers. They were able to assign jobs efficiently but were losing track of the statuses of each task after the dispatch was created. This was a huge headache because their clients were falling through the cracks of a multi-step process and this client was unable to quickly identify how the client fell through the cracks.

They hired OC DESIGN AND CONSULTING; in which we evaluated their current system, reviewed their desired process, performed a gap-audit as to whether their system aligned with their desired process, and made changes to their system to close the gaps.

We were able to fix their system in less than a week. Now, they have complete analytical insight on each job, who it’s assigned to, when it was completed, so nothing falls through the cracks, and if it does, it found and identified in seconds.

After we completed the work (which took less than 3 days) – I got this text from my client. They are more efficient than ever before. Saving time, money, while producing happy clients.
